Shipping and Returns

Since we sell genuine OEM Kubota engine parts and overhaul kits, we are confident that you will be happy with any product you purchase from Country Sales and Service, LLC. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return the item for an exchange or refund.  Most parts are covered under our guarantee for a full year.  See our complete Guarantee for all the details.

Satisfaction Guarantee Details:

Most parts we sell are covered for one full year at the date of sale by the Kubota. Parts including belts, filters or electrical parts are not covered under this warranty.   All part warranties have to be approved by Kubota. Country Sales and Service, LLC will cover shipping costs on all part returns under warranty for US orders only. Call or email us first for a return authorization. 

Return Policy for Engine Parts

ALL RETURNS MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE.

We will accept returns for most stocking parts.  Return parts must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.  All returns for refund or credit is subject to a 10% restocking fee if items do not meet the return criteria or if the error is not ours.  We will reimburse reasonable ground shipping costs when the error is ours. We will not reimburse expedite shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of the following:

  • Items more than 30 days from the date of sale
  • Electrical parts (if package is opened)
  • Special order items or engines
  • Items not in its original condition (showing indications of being installed or used)
  • Damaged items
  • Kits that have been opened (carburetor repair kits, gasket kits, starter repair kits, etc.)

Returns can be sent back to our address listed below.  Please include a copy of your sales receipt or reference the sales receipt number on the package.

You can place orders for delivery to all United States territories and Canada directly on our website.

All other orders shipping outside of the United States require a freight quote before processing your order. The fastest way to get a quote is to send us an email with your address and a list of the products you are interested in purchasing. We will reply within 1 business day verifying availability of those items to ship to your location and the total price with freight.

Please do not include any credit card information with your request. When we send you the quote, we will advise as to a secure methods of providing payment. We except most major credit cards and wire transfers.
