During my online search for authentic Kubota fan belts for my saiboat's D722E diesel engine, I located at least 4 stores that offered a "replacement for Kubota belt ###". I have read stories from unhappy customers that did not purchase the authentic OEM belt, and found that the replacement belt they purchased was not the exact size match of the OEM belt and would not ride in the pulley groove properly as it was intended by Kubota, resulting in premature wear on the belt. I am glad I found a source for the Kubota OEM part, and the purchase process onine was a breeze, the followup invoice document accurate and prompt, shipping/tracking information provided when shipped, and (2) customer service followups to make sure I was totally aware of the current status of my order. This was NOT a large purchase for Country Sales & Service...but you would never know it. I was treated like their best customer throughout the purchase process - and I was a 1st time customer. That will change as they have captured my business for future engine parts. Kudos to Scott Schlabach and your team for making this a 5-Star experience for me!
